Join Flexicare and help transform our purchasing operations into a streamlined, efficient, and controlled function.

We’re looking for a Procurement & Purchasing Specialist to act as the central coordination point for all HQ and UK purchasing activity. This is an exciting opportunity to bring structure, visibility, and consistency to a function that is currently fragmented and reactive.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you’ll play a key role in improving purchasing discipline, reducing inefficiencies, and supporting our journey toward a more strategic, data-driven procurement model.

What You'll Do

Act as the central point of control for all purchasing requests across HQ and UK operations
Coordinate and manage purchasing processes, ensuring consistency and compliance
Track and oversee approvals, ensuring the right governance is in place
Work closely with suppliers to manage orders and maintain strong relationships
Identify and reduce inefficiencies caused by manual or fragmented workflows
Improve visibility and reporting across purchasing activity
Support the development of more structured, scalable procurement processes
Collaborate with operations and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs

Who You Are

We believe you're the right fit if you have:

Experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
Confidence working across teams and coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers
A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and efficiency
Experience working with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage

Competitive Salary in accordance with experience and capabilities

33 days Holiday per year (incl Bank Holidays) plus Holiday Trading Scheme
Balanced Working - 1 day working from per week
