Job Overview
We are seeking a Chef de Partie / Breakfast Chef to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
Support other kitchen sections as required during busy periods or staff shortages
Uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency throughout service

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a breakfast chef within a restaurant or hotel environment
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Previous experience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume meal preparation is desirable
Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment
