Location: Shoreditch, London (on-site, studio-based)

Contract: Freelance – ongoing throughout the year

Rate: Competitive day rate – confirmed at trial day

Start: Immediately – trial day to be arranged

About the Role

We produce gallery-ready fine art prints and archival mounts for collectors, galleries, and institutions. To meet seasonal and volume-driven demand, we're building a trusted freelance roster of skilled dry-mounters and print finishers to work alongside our permanent in-house team.

This is a hands-on, craft-focused role for someone who takes real pride in finish quality. Work is offered on an ad-hoc basis, with the best freelancers invited back regularly. Many of our long-term freelance collaborators have gone on to take permanent positions with us.

What You'll Be Doing

Dry-mounting prints to a range of archival substrates – foam board, aluminium, Dibond, and more
Cutting, trimming, and preparing materials to exact specifications
Supporting framing and finishing workflows as the production schedule requires
Carrying out quality checks at each stage to ensure work meets gallery presentation standards
Maintaining a clean, organised bench and operating equipment safely
Communicating clearly with the production team to keep jobs on schedule

What We're Looking For

Proven, hands-on experience in dry-mounting, print finishing, or fine art framing
Solid knowledge of archival mounting techniques, materials, and best practice
An exceptional eye for detail – you'll notice what others miss
Reliable, flexible, and calm under the pressure of a busy production run
Comfortable working to tight deadlines without compromising quality
Good communicator who fits naturally into a close-knit, skilled team
