About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join our growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a successful career within the property industry while working in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in matching prospective tenants with suitable properties, managing enquiries, conducting viewings, and supporting the rental process from initial enquiry through to move-in. You will also provide support to the Sales team when required.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to lettings enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions in a professional and timely manner.
Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.
Assist with preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation.
Conduct property inspections and ensure properties are ready for occupation.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and lettings activity.
Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient rental transactions.
Promote available properties through various marketing channels.
Support the Sales team by conducting property viewings with prospective buyers when required.
Contribute positively to the achievement of team and business targets.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or property-related role is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
A proactive, positive, and professional approach to work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Use of own car & business insurance
