Full job description

Award winning independent, modern Italian restaurant is set in simply stunning surroundings, on the beautiful Wareham Quay. We are currently seeking experienced front of house team members for evenings and weekend shifts. Wage would be commensurate with age and experience and must be over 18 years old for the sale of alcohol.

We are looking for well-presented individuals, confident in themselves and have good skills in working with customers, shows enthusiasm in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests are well looked after. The person must take pride in ensuring the best possible standards are being delivered. We are passionate about food and about people and we are looking for someone who mirrors these passions.

Italian Group consists of The Italian Kitchen, The Italian Bakery in Wareham and The Italian Bakery in Swanage.

Required Skills:

· A passion for food, drink, and the hospitality industry

· Excellent customer service skills

· Experience in bar and floor service
