Summary We are a small but successful Business in Sale, South Manchester, seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in administrative functions, and it would be advantageous to be proficient in QuickBooks and the Motor Trade Industry. This role requires a proactive individual who can, work alone, effectively, while ensuring that all office processes run smoothly,
Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and oversee budgeting processes
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents
Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling incoming calls and inquiries

Qualifications

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
Proficient in QuickBooks (is an advantage) and other relevant software applications
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
Demonstrated clerical and administrative experience is essential
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
