Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales department by managing property viewings, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills to contribute to a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, phone, or other communication channels, providing excellent customer service.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Experience with CRM software or similar platforms is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Demonstrable computer literacy and IT skills to handle various business applications efficiently.
Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an engaging work environment where organisational skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
