Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen experience to develop their culinary skills within a reputable establishment.

Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards
Assist in the organisation and management of designated sections within the kitchen
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to the head chef
Contribute to menu development by sharing ideas and culinary techniques
Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests, maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety regulations
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Good organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Passion for delivering high-quality cuisine and excellent service standards
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
