HR Manager (Part Time) – Build Culture, Drive Accountability, Shape the Future

We’re looking for a hands-on, people-driven HR Manager who doesn’t just understand HR – they live it. If you believe that the right people, in the right culture, with clear expectations and support, can build something extraordinary – we’d love to meet you.

As our part time HR lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our team and culture as we scale. That means owning the full employee journey – from recruitment to retention – while fostering a workplace where high standards and human connection go hand in hand.

This role is ideal for a confident HR professional who enjoys autonomy, values flexibility, and wants their work to truly matter.

Main responsibilities will include:

You’ll lead HR across the business, acting as both strategic partner and trusted hands‑on advisor, including:

Owning the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through to development, performance and retention
Championing and embedding a culture of clarity, accountability and growth
Building an effective recruitment approach that attracts great people and sets them up to succeed
Supporting line managers with performance, development and people challenges — coaching where needed, challenging when necessary
Owning HR policies, compliance and best practice, with a pragmatic, people‑first mindset
Helping to build a strong, high‑performing team across all departments through thoughtful structure, fair but firm expectations and great hiring

The successful candidate will be:

Someone with genuine passion for HR and culture – not just ticking boxes
A confident communicator who’s comfortable challenging, supporting, and coaching managers
Experience across recruitment, performance management, and HR systems/processes
The ability to set high standards and help people rise to meet them
A natural team builder who thrives on helping others grow

What we can offer you:

Salary: £16,000-18,000 per annum
