Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across departments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your HRIS and administrative skills within a professional environment committed to organisational excellence.

Duties

Manage and maintain our HRIS systems such to ensure accurate employee data entry and record keeping.
Provide advice and support on human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
Assist in recruitment processes including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.
Coordinate with payroll and benefits providers to ensure seamless administration of employee benefits programmes.
Handle administrative tasks related to employee records, leave management, and compliance documentation.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Experience with HRIS platforms
Strong understanding of human resources principles and employment legislation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with staff at all levels.
Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
Previous administrative experience supporting HR functions or related fields.
Organised with strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. This position offers a rewarding environment for professionals eager to develop their career within human resources while contributing positively to organisational growth.

Pay: £25,028.99-£33,700.00 per year
