Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations through efficient administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication and data management across various departments. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong office experience and excellent organisational skills to contribute to a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Managing and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.
Handling incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately.
Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy to support administrative functions.
Organising schedules, appointments, and meetings to optimise workflow.
Assisting with correspondence, filing, and general administrative duties to ensure office efficiency.
Supporting team members with clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
Ensuring the timely completion of administrative projects as assigned.

Requirements

Proven office experience with a solid understanding of administrative procedures.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes.
Demonstrated professionalism in phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
Previous clerical experience is preferred but not essential; a proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important.
