Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hairstyling and customer service, with the ability to create stunning looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service while fostering a welcoming environment for our clientele.

Responsibilities

Provide expert hair cutting, colouring, and styling services tailored to individual client needs.
Perform additional services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance the overall client experience.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hairstyles and products.
Upsell hair care products and services to maximise client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon space to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members when required.
Stay updated on current trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is essential, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Familiarity with barbering techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in store management or front desk operations is beneficial.
