The Percy Hedley Foundation is one of the largest regional charities supporting people with a range of learning and physical needs. We have five sites providing specialist education, adult day services, residential care and independent supported living to our service users. Our sites are based in Forest Hall, Killingworth, Jesmond, Newcastle City Centre and North Shields.

The Role

The Estates Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of estates, maintenance, refurbishment, and capital works across the Foundation’s sites. The role is key to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while minimising disruption to students, residents, staff, and visitors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong coordination and administrative skills, who is motivated by creating safe, accessible, and high‑quality environments that support people with disabilities
