We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and a relaxing experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the spa including treatment rooms, reception, and retail areas
Recruit, train, and lead spa therapists and support staff to deliver outstanding service
Develop and implement spa service menus, promotions, and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the spa
Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement of spa products and supplies
Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with marketing for spa promotions and guest engagement activities
Manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial performance to meet targets
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and facility maintenance
