Based in Bradford, Top Medics (UK) Limited is one of UK's leading supplier of premium quality Medical Hygiene and Infection Control Products (Personal Protection Equipment or PPE) to the Health and Social Care, Dental, Medical and Non-Medical professionals.

Responsibilities:
You will be making outbound calls to new and potential customers to introduce our products, as well as deal with all inbound calls i.e. new and existing customer enquiries correctly and in a professional manner.

The suitable candidate must have:

>Good communication skills both verbal and written

> Good Telephone manners with good customer relations

>Good IT skills is a requirement

>Attention to detail

>Ability to handle enquiries effectively as well as co-ordinate and prioritise workload

>Process and dispatch customer orders correctly

>Demonstrate confidence, creativity and be capable of presenting products to clients

> Ability to adapt easily and willing to learn

> Ability to work alone and as a team in a small office environment

>Previous telesales experience and office skills will be an advantage

>Knowledge of customer accounts management systems such as Sage ACT® and Quickbooks

>Administrative and Problem-solving skills

>Number and Analytical skills as well as Initiative

>Non judgemental

>Patience

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
