Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Car Washer / Valeter to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning and valeting services to ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous janitorial experience and driving skills are advantageous, but training will be provided where necessary.

Responsibilities

Wash and clean vehicles thoroughly using appropriate cleaning products and equipment
Valet vehicles to a professional standard, including interior cleaning, vacuuming, and polishing
Ensure all vehicles are presented in an immaculate condition before delivery or customer collection
Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment used during the cleaning process
Assist customers courteously and professionally, addressing any specific requests or concerns
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during the cleaning process
Drive vehicles as required within the premises or for customer pick-up/drop-off services

Qualifications

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
Previous janitorial or vehicle cleaning experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required
