Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, promoting our products and services, and building strong customer relationships. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, customer service, and effective communication to develop their careers within a professional environment.

Duties

Proactive Account Management and retention of current wholesale & direct HORECA portfolio. Building relationships with key points of contact, proactive engagement.
New business development opportunities to HORECA industry, identify potential customers, following up on leads and working through pipelines. Sending proposals, negotiating new business right through to first order and follow up to establish a desired trading pattern
Contract negotiation for new and existing business.
Office based role – potential for site visits
Own administration and diary management
Organised -recording all correspondence with customers on SAP
Managing supply chain requirements with internal teams, logistics in order to deliver sustainability and minimum order quantities for partners.
Research own leads and build a pipeline for new business opportunities
Working as part of a small team
Not a commission based role
Point of contact for internal stakeholders to continue delivery of first class customer service and reputation.
Commercial awareness to deliver a premium product for the business in order to remain within budget whilst delivering a fair and flat pricing to partnerships.
Able to work autonomously and have ownership of workload

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or telesales roles is preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Demonstrated time management skills to meet sales targets within designated schedules
Experience in the HORECA industry is desirable but not essential
Highly organised and proactive
Confident and friendly telephone manner, able to communicate effectively
High level customer service skills for a premium brand

This position is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organised, and eager to excel in a sales environment. We value effective communicators who can build rapport quickly and drive results through strategic negotiation.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
