Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Business Development & Events Executive to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
Develop tailored proposals and presentations to attract potential clients and partners, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, logistics management, vendor liaising, and on-site supervision to ensure flawless execution.
Manage existing client accounts by providing exceptional guest services, fostering long-term relationships, and upselling additional services or packages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design engaging event concepts that align with brand objectives and target audiences.
Oversee time management for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Maintain organized records of client interactions, event details, and sales activities to support continuous improvement and reporting.

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences confidently and professionally.
Proven experience in upselling techniques within hospitality or restaurant environments.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for managing multiple events and business development tasks efficiently.
Effective time management skills to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in hotel or restaurant settings is highly desirable for understanding guest services and hospitality standards.
Demonstrated ability in fundraising or sponsorship acquisition is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients, vendors, and team members alike.
