Abergavenny- Sales Assistant

6 Frogmore street, Abergavenny, NP75AG

SALES PERFORMANCE BONUS
(£300-£550+ Per month store earnable pot)

Weekly Shift pattern:

Sunday - 10:00-16:00

Wednesday - 09:00-18:00

Overtime often available.

As a Sales Assistant, your primary focus will be delivering results — consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing a high-energy, engaging customer experience. You’ll confidently recommend products, upsell effectively, and turn every conversation into an opportunity to drive revenue and build customer loyalty.

Our stores offer a unique opportunity to make a real impact — not only through strong sales performance, but by helping customers transition away from smoking and towards a better lifestyle. You’ll combine product knowledge with a consultative sales approach to influence buying decisions and create repeat business.

Job Description:

Deliver high-impact, face-to-face customer interactions that convert into sales
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store KPI’s
Maximise every opportunity through upselling, cross-selling, and product recommendations
Take ownership of driving store revenue and contributing to overall business growth
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently influence customer purchasing decisions
Ensure stock levels are actively managed to support sales demand and minimise missed opportunities
Work closely with and report directly to the Area Manager on performance and results
Fully embrace vaping as a core part of the role — product belief and advocacy is essential
