ABOUT THE ROLE: PARTS ADVISOR (NORTH WALES)

Location: Llandudno Junction, North Wales

Salary: £28,000 per annum, with a bonus of up to £2,000 per year, paid monthly

Full Time/Permanent position

Hours: Average 43.83 hours per week (42.5 hours Monday to Friday and 4 hours 1 in 3 Saturdays)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

To satisfy all customer requirements and increase all aspects of the parts business through Direct selling.
To be fully conversant with all procedures within the Parts Department.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Parts Experience with BMW / Prestige centre
Vehicle knowledge with BMW / Prestige centre
Excellent communication and customer liaison skills
Experience communicating with Senior Managers and Head of Business (reports)
Ability to communicate the Companies products and services in a professional and timely manner
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to use own initiative
Computer Literate – Word packages and Drive
Full valid UK driving licence
