About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a professional, friendly, and highly organised Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Biscuit Factory. This role is key to ensuring visitors, colleagues, and partners experience a warm, efficient, and well‑supported environment from the moment they arrive.

As our Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional service and ensuring the effective coordination of visits and day‑to‑day office activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and ensuring a smooth guest experience.
Maintain production administration systems, including production schedules, order updates, stock records, and usage reporting.
Support workforce administration by managing attendance, absence records, holiday requests, payslip distribution, and employee documentation.
Coordinate communication across departments by distributing production plans, quality assurance information, and operational reports.
Provide administrative support to production management, ensuring accurate record keeping and timely completion of clerical tasks.
Manage factory facilities and supplies, including locker allocation, swipe card records, and maintaining stocks of essential forms.
General office admin including working on excel

We are looking for someone who is:

An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
Skilled in administration and IT, particularly confident using Excel.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Customer‑focused, friendly, and approachable.
Proactive in solving problems and supporting others.

Hours: 39 hours per week, 8am - 4:30pm(Mon-Thu)/8am - 3:30pm(Fri)
