The Springfield Group are looking for a motivated and experienced Labourer to join our site construction teams on new-build developments across Moray and the Highlands.
About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high quality homes in line with our construction programmes and NHBC standards by covering all aspects of site labouring duties. These include (but are not limited to):

Assisting tradespeople with materials and tools.

Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials.

Site preparation, cleaning, and maintenance.

Supporting the team with various manual tasks as required.

You will be entitled to employee benefits including private healthcare, a contributory pension scheme, cycle scheme, and free gym membership.
About You

The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience on construction sites or in a labouring role.

Be physically fit and able to perform manual labour.

Have good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Be reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

A CSCS card is preferred but not essential.
