Service and Parts Administrator

Cantre Mobility – Head Office (Aberaeron, SA46 0DY)

Cantre Mobility is a growing, values-led business dedicated to independence, dignity, and confidence. Behind every great customer experience is a strong, caring, and well-organised support team — and this role is a key part of that.

We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and people-focused Administrator to join our Head Office team in Aberaeron. This is a varied and important role, working closely with our service and maintenance teams to ensure customers receive exceptional support and that both planned and reactive maintenance is delivered on time, professionally, and with care.

The Role

Provide administrative support across service and maintenance division
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring jobs are scheduled, tracked, and followed through
Maintain stock levels and organise distribution of spare parts
Act as a professional and empathetic point of contact for customers, engineers, and internal teams
Maintain accurate records, systems, and documentation
Support smooth day-to-day operations at Head Office, contributing to continuous improvement and growth
About You
Previous administrative experience is desirable but not essential
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Calm, professional, and caring when dealing with customers
Confident communicating with multiple teams and managing competing priorities
Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
Ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but the right attitude and approach to customer care is more important

Working Pattern

Full-time or Part-Time role
Based at our Head Office in Aberaeron (SA46 0DY)
