Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will utilise their office experience, computer skills, and organisational abilities to manage daily tasks efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative career within a professional environment.

Duties

Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls with professional etiquette
Organising and maintaining files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
Data entry using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff or management
Assisting with invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Handling incoming enquiries and providing excellent phone etiquette at all times

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience with a strong understanding of clerical procedures
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
Strong typing skills for data entry and document preparation
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines efficiently
