If you’re eager to learn, we’d be thrilled to equip you with all the knowledge you need about our product; however, we can’t promise you’ll become the next Tiger Woods. What we truly seek is a genuine passion for travel and an eagerness to learn.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate and maintain regular, accurate reports detailing overdue final balances, collection statuses, and action plans.
Escalation Management: Identify high-risk accounts and escalate them efficiently to management to facilitate timely decisions regarding booking cancellations or amendments.
Reporting: Provide insightful reporting and analysis on ways of working to improve our Credit Control workflows
Proven Experience: Prior experience in Credit Control, Debt Collection, or a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations with diplomacy, firmness, and tact.
Analytical Mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess financial risk (specifically around supplier cancellation terms).
