The Role

We're looking for experienced, results-driven Branch Kiosk Supervisors for our London locations in Stratford and White City. You'll be keeping customer satisfaction high whilst meeting and exceeding our ambitious sales targets. As Supervisor, it’s your responsibility to deputise for the Manager in their absence, so we need someone who is genuinely comfortable taking charge and delivering, not just assisting from the sidelines.

We'd like someone who puts people at ease without ever being pushy. You'll need proven abilities in managing people, and the confidence to lead from the front – be hands-on and set standards rather than sitting back planning the rota.

What's Involved:

You'll be driving sales towards the required targets, with the confidence to push past them. Crucially you’ll be deputising for the Manager during their absence – taking full responsibility for the kiosk and the team on shift.

Acting as a role model to the whole team, you’ll be using our Candles and Oud core values - Compassion, Ambition and Ownership - to set the tone, while keeping customer satisfaction consistently high. We’d like you to always be ready with new ideas to maximise sales and customer experience.

Who Are We Looking For:

You’ll have considerable, demonstrable retail sales experience, including time in a supervisory role
You can prove you have a track record of hitting and growing sales targets
Confidence taking ownership of a shift and making decisions without a manager on hand
Strong communication and people skills
You possess a genuine joy in engaging with customers. Your passion for service translates into great sales
We’ll require some flexibility - you will be working weekends and holidays as needed
Your enthusiasm for fragrance must really shine through.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK without restriction

You can expect an attractive hourly rate with additional commission, a genuine focus on personal development, and clear opportunities for advancement. We place real value on building relationships, and you'll be joining a passionate team dedicated to excellent customer service and hitting sales targets. You will also be entitled to staff discounts on fragrances, alongside shopping centre discounts, where applicable.

Pay: £25,420.00-£35,290.17 per year
