Digital Sales Demonstrator – LG Studio (Weybridge)

Bring big ideas to a live camera. Take the brief and make it your own.

The Fine Print

Salary: £26,000 + £3,200 bonus opportunity
Contract: Permanent / full-time
Working Days: 5-day rota (Monday–Saturday)
Location: LG Broadcast & Digital Creative Studio, Weybridge

Are you at home on camera, genuinely curious about tech, and the kind of person who backs their own judgement, knowing when to run with an idea and when to check in? Do you see a product brief as a starting line, not a set of stabilisers? If so, we think you'll love this one.

Join LG's Digital Team as a Digital Sales Demonstrator, the face (and the imagination) behind LG's innovation. From stunning OLED TVs and immersive soundbars to smart washing machines and refrigerators, you'll bring the range to life for online customers, all from our state-of-the-art studio. We'll give you a clear brief and the tools to deliver it; how you make it sparkle is where you come in.

What you'll be doing

Present LG products live on camera via broadcast and livestream: informative, engaging, and unmistakably you.
Connect with customers through video and chat, helping them find the product that genuinely fits their life.
Dream up and create compelling content alongside our studio and marketing teams, then test, tweak and make it better.
Stay ahead of the curve on product knowledge and tech trends, spotting the story before anyone asks for it.
Support chat-based customer interactions during peak periods or team absences.
Track engagement and feedback, and use it to sharpen your craft.
Occasionally visit retail stores for hands-on experience and fresh insight.

What you'll bring

A natural, engaging on-camera style. You connect with people and hold their attention in your own way.
A creative, outside-the-box mind. You see angles others miss, and you're happy to try, learn, and refine.
Genuine independence: give you a brief and you'll run with it, making confident, sensible calls and knowing when a decision needs a second opinion.
A genuine passion for technology and for helping people.
Experience in sales, customer service, social media, or content creation (1+ year).
Strong multitasking, comfortably switching between chat, video, and content creation.
Flexibility to travel and adapt to different studio setups and schedules.
Excellent communication, organisation, and digital literacy.

Bonus skills (desirable, not essential)

Experience in broadcasting, retail sales, or product presentation.
Knowledge of video production, content creation, or digital marketing.
Understanding of online retail and e-commerce customer journeys.
