Full job description

Location: Birmingham City Centre (relocating to Solihull Town Centre in early 2027)

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, including one-hour unpaid lunch break, with occasional flexibility required during auction events.

Salary: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage in line with current government rates:

Age 21+: £12.71 per hour
Age 18-20: £10.85 per hour

Bond Wolfe, the Midlands’ leading property auctioneer, is looking for a motivated and organised Junior Auction Co-ordinator to join our busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a long-term career within the property industry.

As a key member of our auction team, you will provide administrative and operational support throughout the auction process, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients, buyers, sellers and solicitors. No previous property industry experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Key responsibilities

Handling a high volume of telephone, email and visitor enquiries
Co-ordinating property viewings and appointments
Maintaining accurate records and company databases
Processing documentation, AML checks, and remote bidding applications
Managing post, filing, scanning and general administration
Editing and uploading property video tours, and ordering sale boards
Supporting the team during auction events and key deadlines

About you

GCSEs (or equivalent qualifications) in English and Maths
Basic Microsoft Office skills, including Word
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Keen to build a long-term career within a fast-paced business
