Full job description

Excellent training and development opportunities, including an opportunity to obtain an NVQ funded by LILYROSE *

Applicants should have a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle in order to be considered for this role. Also Business class 1 car insurance.

Opportunity to secure a guaranteed hours contract after completing probationary period successfully

SHIFT PATTERNS

Mornings

7:00am- 4:00pm

TEA'S AND BEDS.

4:00 PM TO 10:00 PM

Purpose of the Job:

To provide person centered care to individuals in their own homes so you must be prepared to travel between care calls.

You will engage with service users to build trusting relationships. Your role will include visiting service users, completing tasks and care needs identified within the care plan.

To work closely with other health and social care professionals and agencies to provide a coordinated service which meets the identified needs of the individuals.

Qualifications
- NVQ in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Valid Driving Licence
- Experience in providing home care services
- Ability to create and implement care plans
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English language
- Basic IT skills
