About CPASE Health Club

CPASE Health Club is an exclusive, members-only destination in Cheshire, offering state-of-the-art fitness equipment, premium wellness facilities and exceptional service. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, professional environment where members feel supported, recognised and valued.

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and proactive Front of House Receptionist to join our team. As the face of CPASE, you will provide an exceptional welcome and ensure that every member receives outstanding service, with requests handled efficiently and professionally.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalism.
Welcome members and guests, building positive rapport and ensuring a seamless experience.
Confidently use Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software to manage bookings, enquiries and member communication.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Support the broader team by flexibly assisting with reasonable duties as required.
Understand and exceed member expectations through proactive engagement.
Maintain high standards of personal presentation in line with CPASE guidelines.
Work effectively under pressure while adapting to the fast-paced nature of the business.
Always uphold confidentiality.
Use marketing and social media platforms, including Canva, Constant Contact, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook to create engaging content.
Develop creative marketing assets such as Instagram Reels, email campaigns and other dynamic content to support brand awareness and member engagement.

Additional Responsibilities (Part-Time Role)

Post social media stories every morning and create reels/videos on a regular basis.
Prepare weekly Monday morning reports for the Managing Director ahead of the Tuesday Duty Manager Meeting (a checklist will be provided).

Schedule

20 hours per week
4-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 06:00–10:00
Authorised overtime available
Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year including Bank Holidays (pro rata)

Candidate Requirements

Essential

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
Fluent written and verbal English
Strong IT competency (Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM systems)
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt under pressure
Full UK driving licence

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems
GCSE or equivalent qualification
Experience producing marketing or social media content
