Full job description

We're looking for a different kind of security professional.

Our team works across premium events, VIP environments, live entertainment and guest-focused venues where the role is about far more than simply standing on a door.

We believe great security enhances the guest experience.

The people who thrive with us are approachable, emotionally intelligent, observant and naturally good with people. They understand when to engage, when to step back, and how to maintain authority without becoming confrontational. Outstanding communication skills are key.

You're confident communicating with everyone from venue staff to VIP guests.
You notice small details that others miss.
You can de-escalate situations through conversation before they become problems.

You understand that security is often the first and last impression a guest receives.

What we're looking for

Essential:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Excellent communication skills
Strong customer service background
Professional appearance
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work evenings and weekends

Particularly interested in hearing from people with backgrounds in:

Hospitality
Hotels
Premium events
Guest services
Front of house
Live events
Customer experience roles

The role

This role is ideal for someone who values flexible work. Shifts are driven by event schedules and sporting calendars, so availability may fluctuate throughout the season. We're looking for people who can offer flexibility when opportunities arise, and we'll always do our best to communicate schedules as early as possible. Weekend and evening availability essential.

Assignments vary, but may include:

Guest-facing security
VIP areas
Event security
Customer engagement
Queue management
Access control
Supporting venue operations
Providing a visible, reassuring presence

We're building a team of people who understand that outstanding service and excellent security should work hand in hand.
