Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations across various departments. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their organisational and leadership skills within a fast-paced environment. The role is fully paid, recognising the importance of dedicated and committed team members.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments
Assist in planning and implementing operational procedures and policies
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement initiatives
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication and delivery schedules
Maintain accurate records of operational data, inventories, and documentation
Support management in organising meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
Identify areas for process optimisation and propose actionable solutions
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications & experience

Minimum of 3 years experience working for service based company, managing field based engineers across the UK.
Proven experience in operations management or coordination roles is desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools is advantageous
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Relevant qualifications or certifications in business administration or related fields are beneficial but not essential

0800 - 1600 or 0900 - 1700 Mon - Fri

3 days work from home / 2 days work from office

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
