Job Overview
We are seeking 2 x dedicated and reliable Time Full Time Cleaning Operative to join our professional cleaning team. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various offices & welfare premises during daytime hours. This role offers a consistent schedule, with opportunities to develop your skills within the cleaning industry. The ideal applicants will be organised, attentive to detail, and committed to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of clients offices, Welfare units and other public areas, ensuring all areas meet company standards.
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal areas.
Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet roll
Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly.
Adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality and security of premises.

Skills

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good organisational skills and reliability in completing tasks on time.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift, including lifting and bending as required.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning operations is advantage but not mandatory. This role offers a structured environment for those looking to build a career in the cleaning industry with regular daytime hours and steady employment.
