Overview
We're an award winning Exhibition Stand Design & Project Management Agency with over 35 years experience creating flexible and innovative spaces for our clients globally. To implement our growth strategy we are seeking a talented and creative 3D Renderer / 3D Designer to join our innovative 3D Design Team.
This role involves developing visually compelling digital designs, 3D models, and CAD working drawings that enable our Operations Dept to accurately build and reproduce these designs on-site. This includes managing client artwork and designs when required and communicating with the Project Manager as well as cross functional teams and external resources.
We are happy to consider candidates from 3D Design Graduate upwards. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in digital design, modelling, and visual communication, with experience across multiple software platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to diverse design initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate ideas, sketches, and written client briefs into exciting and innovative 3D designs
- Create detailed 3D models and visualisations using software using SolidWorks and Cinema4D
- Develop engaging digital content for stand design meetings & presentations, and marketing materials.
- Utilise Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects to produce high-quality 3D renders and animations.
- Design and optimise visual assets for websites using HTML and CSS coding standards.
- Incorporate photography into design projects to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with team members to conceptualise ideas and translate them into innovative visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications.
- Stay updated with current trends in graphic design, 3D modelling, and digital media.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital design & 3D modelling ideally in Exhibition Stands or similar.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Cinema4D or similar is essential. You must be willing to skill up in SolidWorks and Cinema4D
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite suite of programmes.
- Knowledge of web development languages such as HTML and CSS is desirable.
- A curious, creative and enthusiastic nature
- Experience with photography and integrating photographic elements into digital projects.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles and colour theory.
- Ability to work quickly, independently as well as collaboratively within a fast paced team environment.

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
