SFCA Support Staff pay spine points 15-17 (£32,199.00 to £34,253.00 per annum)

Permanent, Full Time

Loreto College is looking to appoint an Administrative Officer Team Leader to provide day-to-day operational leadership of the College Office, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, efficient and professional administrative service to students, staff and visitors. The postholder will perform the duties of an Administrative Officer alongside managing two Administrative Officers, leading the daily running of the office, and deputising for the Administrative Services Manager in their absence.

The postholder will act as the first point of escalation for operational issues within the office, undertake administrative duties alongside the team, including handling enquiries and producing correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations, and support with Admissions administration and college-wide events as required. You will support the Strategic Manager for Schools Liaison and Marketing with the planning, preparation and implementation of all Schools Liaison events such as assembly presentations, careers fairs, mock interviews, parents’ evenings, and other Post–16 events at high schools..
