We are opening an exciting new dessert and brunch café in the heart of Windermere and oare looking for an experienced Café Manager to lead our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Manager to join the team at Sundae Roast.

Sundae Roast is located right in the heart of Bowness on Windermere. An all-year dessert and brunch café open from Monday to Sunday. The cafe serves artisan coffee, indulgent ice cream, waffles and brunch in a vibrant, welcoming space.

Salary: Up to £35,000 a year based on experience

Shifts: 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Cafe Manager role:

Oversee daily operations of the business To supervise, manage and motivate the teamStaff Rotas Stock controlTo ensure a high level of customer experience and satisfaction Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
