Duty Manager – The Adventure Barn
Full Time | 40 Hours Per Week | Alternate Weekends Required

The Adventure Barn is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hands-on Duty Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous management experience and a strong background in food and beverage operations. As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the venue, ensuring our guests receive an outstanding experience while supporting and leading our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the Adventure Barn.
Lead, motivate, and support team members across all departments.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Manage food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Support staff training, development, and performance management.
Assist with stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures.
Ensure health and safety procedures are followed throughout the venue.

About You:

Previous management or supervisory experience is essential.
Food and beverage experience is highly desirable.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Positive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
Able to work flexibly, including alternate weekends.
