The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Finished product oversight — Maintain and regularly review the full list of finished products available for sale and sampling, reviewing availability status and lifecycle stage.
Product lifecycle review — Monitor products through introduction, growth, maturity, and discontinuation; highlight items requiring review, rationalisation, or promotional focus.
Product Sales performance analysis — Produce regular and ad‑hoc analysis of product and range performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Stock level recommendations — Review and propose appropriate stock levels to support promotional campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Pricing & quoting support — Assist with pricing reviews, margin analysis, and the preparation of customer quotations where required.
Inbox management
ACORN process management
Documentation accuracy
Support with relevant Marketing materials
Support the Product Commercialisation Manager

Essential criteria for this position are:

Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
Ability to work effectively using internal databases and reporting systems
Excellent communication skills with friendly and professional manner, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Accuracy, precision, attention to detail
Enthusiasm, self-motivation and a “can do” attitude, with the ability to manage own workload effectively
Flexibility and willingness to carry out a variety of urgent and routine tasks
Resourceful and proactive with a desire for continuous improvement
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Willingness to build relationships and be customer focused
Customer Services or Sales Administration experience
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably MS Dynamic

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
