Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, in a transport company. and ensuring a smooth workflow. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills. The position is paid and suitable for applicants who thrive in a fast-paced setting and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Data entry and updating records using Microsoft Office programmes.
Updating Vehicle maintenance records.
Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning.
Providing support to other departments as needed to ensure efficient office operations

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Data entry experience with attention to detail and accuracy
Clerical experience demonstrating competence in handling multiple administrative responsibilities simultaneously
