Job Overview
We are family-owned and operated car dealership. Our reputation is built on providing a "customer driven organisation determined to give the best possible representation of our franchises" and dealing with our customers and suppliers on the basis of "trust, honesty and integrity".

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Motor Vehicle Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for automobiles and a flair for customer service to develop their career within a professional environment.

Responsibilities

Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
Taking customers on test drives and demonstrating vehicle features.
Negotiating the best possible selling price and discussing loans and finance options.
To effectively manage the customer through the entire sales process; from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
Working as part of the sales team to reach sales targets.
Assisting with the set up of showroom and promotional displays
To build rapport and lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
Ensure high standards of communication skills and phone etiquette are maintained at all times to enhance customer experience.
Stay informed about the latest vehicle models, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide expert advice.
Support and promote the companies core values and principles.

Essential Criteria

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
2 Years previous experience working in a sales environment in the Motor Industry
Confident and professional telephone manner
Hard working with a ‘can-do’ attitude
Strong negotiation skills
Organised work ethic and able to work to a high standard
Enthusiastic and dedicated approach to work
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual
Hold a clean UK Driving Licence
Must be prepared to work weekends on a rota basis and also to attend offsite events manufacturer training and promotional activities.

Pay: £25,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
