Accounts Administrator – Part-Time | Hybrid | Armagh

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a growing HVAC business based just outside Armagh. If you are looking for a flexible, part-time role within a supportive and fast-moving environment, we would be pleased to hear from you.

About the Role

You will work closely with management to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all finance and accounting functions within the business. This is a varied, hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a busy commercial environment and is comfortable managing multiple clients and suppliers across both the UK and Ireland.

Desired Criteria

We are seeking an experienced individual with a strong accounts background, ideally gained within a commercial business operating across both UK and Irish markets. You should be confident working independently and capable of bringing structure, accuracy, and process to the finance function.

Key Requirements

Accountancy qualification with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, or at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven experience using Xero or equivalent accounting software
Strong knowledge of HMRC and Revenue Commissioners compliance requirements and submissions
Experience in some or all of the following:
UK & ROI VAT returns
Invoicing and bank reconciliations
RCT and CIS
Cash flow reporting
Monthly management accounts
Payroll processing
Debtor and creditor management
