Job description

We offer an exciting and rewarding role within a progressive Police Service working as part of the First Contact Team.

Main Purpose of Role

To act as first point of contact for callers both internally and externally, providing a quality service and positive image for Nottinghamshire Police. Using current Switchboard technology to ensure calls reach their destination efficiently treating all callers with respect and courtesy.
