Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and nurturing leads to support our business growth. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to develop their careers within a professional environment. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly desirable to effectively connect with diverse client bases.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software such as Salesforce or other platforms.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and providing relevant information about our services.
Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to confirm appointments and answer preliminary questions.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and update client information regularly within CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a professional, courteous approach at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage confidently over the phone.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£49,792.82 per year
