Overview

Tan Runner Limited is pleased to announce our store opening of Chesterfield Sunbeds alongside an in store coffee, shakes and food to go bar.

We are seeking a friendly and professional Sunbed Shop Receptionist and Barista to join our team. This role combines customer service, coffee bar work, and shop management duties in a welcoming environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our clients while maintaining efficient shop operations. Previous experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service at the reception desk
Manage bookings for sunbed sessions and process payments accurately
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and specialised drinks
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in food preparation areas
Prepare and serve hot and cold
Keep the shop clean, organised, and well-stocked throughout the day
Assist customers with product enquiries and promote our services effectively
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
Manage time efficiently to serve customers promptly during busy periods

Experience

Previous hospitality experience is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Experience in serving or retail environments is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards is preferred
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential
Friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
