Trainee Negotiator

Bloom Manchester is currently looking for an individual to join our city centre team as a Trainee Negotiator, where the focus is on developing high-level communication and business skills through practical, daily involvement. This is a role designed for someone who is serious about their professional growth and wants to learn the fundamentals of negotiation and relationship management within a high-standard business environment.

From your first week, you will be working alongside an experienced Department Manager, gaining direct exposure to the complexities of business development and the nuances of professional sales processes.

The Role: Practical Learning and Development

As a Trainee Negotiator, you will be involved in the core activities of our Manchester City Centre operation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will expand as your confidence and skills grow, covering:

Developing a comprehensive understanding of commercial negotiation techniques.
Managing professional communications with a diverse range of clients.
Learning to navigate and manage sales processes from initial contact to completion.
Building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
Identifying and pursuing business development opportunities.
Developing problem-solving skills to resolve commercial challenges effectively.
Maintaining high standards of professional presentation and office-based administration.
Participating in performance reviews and goal-setting sessions with your manager.

Training and Mentorship

This includes daily feedback, hands-on support during client interactions, and a structured development plan that is reviewed regularly. You will be encouraged to take initiative and will be given the tools necessary to succeed in a professional commercial setting.

Basic salary of £26,500 per annum.

Working Hours and Location
