Full job description

Looking for your next leadership role in the Motor Factor? We are looking for an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead our Filton branch – overseeing operations, driving sales, empowering a high-performance team & leading The Power to Supply.

What We Offer:

What You’ll Do:

Lead daily branch operations
Drive sales and grow customer relationships
Manage stock and performance
Develop and motivate your team

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in branch management within the motor industry
Strong sales and customer service focus
Knowledge of automotive parts
Confident leadership and IT skills

Knowledge of the local areas and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
