Job Summary
We are seeking an inspirational and experienced Early Years Practice Lead to join our leadership team and help drive outstanding practice across our setting.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional Early Years professional who is passionate about children's learning, staff development and high quality provision.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Nursery Owner and Assistant Manager to support, coach and develop practitioners, ensuring children experience rich, engaging and meaningful learning opportunities every day.

We are proud of the warm and nurturing relationships at the heart of our nursery and are now looking for a strong practitioner who can help us take our practice to the next level.

Duties

Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the early years curriculum to ensure it meets Ofsted requirements and best practice guidelines.
Coach, mentor and support practitioners to develop their skills and confidence.
Model excellent interactions
Support the development of engaging learning environments both indoors and outdoors.
Promote a curriculum that reflects children's interests, developmental needs and individual next steps.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement centered on high-quality practice and positive outcomes for children.
Ensure the curriculum reflects diverse needs and promotes inclusive practices.
Work with collaboratively with the leadership team to identify strengths, priorities and areas for development.
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, inclusion and child-centered practice.

Skills

Holds a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 desirable)
Has substantial experience working within Early Years settings.
Demonstrates exceptional knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
Is an outstanding practitioner who can inspire others through their own practice.
Has experience coaching, mentoring or supporting colleagues.
Is reflective, enthusiastic and committed to continuous improvement.
Builds positive and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Has a genuine passion for providing children with the very best start in life.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of current early years research and policy changes. This role offers a rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic professional committed to enhancing early childhood education quality through innovative curriculum leadership and effective team support.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour
