Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Swinton, Salford

Salary: £25,800 with an OTE of £30,000

Job Type: Full-Time

The Role

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, engaging with warm leads and qualifying them for our Car Finance Specialists. This is a high-energy, high-volume role suited to someone organised, resilient, and confident on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make 250+ outbound calls per day to warm leads
Use our automated dialler system to maximise efficiency
Conduct detailed fact-finds to assess customer needs and eligibility
Pass qualified customers to Car Finance Specialists
Proactively manage and organise your pipeline to maximise conversions
Follow all company processes, compliance standards, and FCA regulations
Maintain accurate records using internal systems and technology

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with strong time-management skills
Energetic, driven, and customer-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Resilient and motivated by achieving goals
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Experienced in sales or a similar phone-based role (preferred but not essential)

Working Hours

39 hours per week
Monday to Friday between 8:45 AM – 7:00 PM (rota basis)
One Saturday per month: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
