Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager for our restaurant to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a motivated team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering high-quality food and hospitality. This role involves managing food preparation, supervising staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the establishment to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving processes.
Lead and supervise a team of staff members, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high levels of team performance.
Manage staff scheduling, training programmes, and performance appraisals to optimise productivity.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene across all areas.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Implement marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality control in food production and presentation.
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Proven supervisory or team management experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop staff members.
Familiarity with culinary processes, food production, and kitchen operations.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Experience in hospitality service roles such as serving or barista work is advantageous.
Knowledge of health regulations related to food safety and hygiene practices.
Previous hotel or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential.
A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a vibrant team within a thriving restaurant environment while delivering outstanding dining experiences for guests.

Pay: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
