We are recruiting for an experienced Talent Advisor to join our thriving team on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Reporting to the Lead Talent Partner, the successful candidate will provide first-line support and query resolution for all volume recruitment activities.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, Monday-Friday, with flexibility of start/finish times to accommodate life outside of work.

We have a hybrid working policy in place, where the expectation is for us to work 4 days a week in our head office based in Coventry (CV3 2TT).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide dedicated 1st line support for all recruitment queries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure that the recruitment process is consistently followed at every stage, maintaining high standards and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Conduct initial recruitment briefings and post jobs across relevant channels to attract suitable candidates for volume recruitment

Provide support in sourcing candidates for roles based on business needs and recruitment requirements

Assist in scheduling interviews with candidates, ensuring a smooth process, and provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates

Manage the offer process, including the preparation and administration of offer letters, and ensure smooth communication with candidates until their first day

Provide ad-hoc cover and support to other members of the team as required to ensure continuity in the recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a similar role , ideally within a high-volume environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Proficient in using recruitment systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other HR-related software

Attention to detail with a focus on process accuracy and candidate experience

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
